- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp oregano
- 2 tsp paprika
- 900 g fresh salmon
- 1 egg
- ½ cup sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp honey
- Optional: lemon juice and fresh dill
- Simple Chipotle Sauce
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 canned chipotle peppers
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of lemon
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cut the salmon fillet into 1 × 1 inch cubes.
- In a large container, mix seasoning salt, garlic powder, thyme, oregano, and paprika. Add salmon cubes and shake until evenly coated.
- Whisk the egg in a bowl. Place sesame seeds in another bowl. Dip each salmon cube into egg, then coat with sesame seeds.
- Air fryer: Cook at 190°C for 3 minutes, flipping halfway.
Oven: Bake at 200°C for 3 minutes, flipping halfway. - Transfer cooked salmon to a bowl, drizzle with honey, and gently toss to coat. Finish with lemon juice and dill if desired.
