Ingredients
- 1 cup canned coconut milk
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup or replace with Sevia
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
Instructions

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and cover.

Place the bowl in the refrigerator and let sit overnight.

In the morning, remove the bowl from the fridge, stir well and serve cold.
