Ingredients
  • 1 cup canned coconut milk
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup or replace with Sevia
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and cover.
  2. Place the bowl in the refrigerator and let sit overnight.
  3. In the morning, remove the bowl from the fridge, stir well and serve cold.
