Ingredients (4 servings)

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 20 g dark chocolate (85–90%), melted and cooled
  • Pinch of salt

Method

  1. Whip the cold heavy cream until it starts to thicken.
  2. Add cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla, and salt.
  3. Pour in the melted dark chocolate and continue whipping until smooth and fluffy.
  4. Spoon into small bowls or glasses.
  5. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
