500 x gram(s) Brown Italian / Crimini Mushrooms ,raw, optional exchange with button

3 x tablespoon Butter Without Salt, approximate 50 g

1 x tablespoon Olive Oil

3 x clove(s) Garlic Raw, finely chopped

0.5 x teaspoon Salt

0.5 x teaspoon Pepper , Black

1 x tablespoon Lemon Juice Raw

1 x tablespoon Thyme Fresh


Preheat oven to 220°C/390°F (200°F fan).

Toss mushrooms with butter, oil, garlic, salt and pepper in a large bowl using a rubber spatula.

Spread on a baking tray and roast for 25 minutes – do not toss or turn.

Remove from oven. Then using lemon and thyme, push mushrooms together onto one side of the tray, drizzle with lemon, sprinkle with thyme and toss. Serve immediately!
