Ingredients:
•Smoked salmon 300 g (about 12 slices)
•1 tablespoon sesame seeds
•150 g cream cheese 
•1 tablespoons chives minced + divided
•1 tablespoon lemon zest
•1 large avocado 

-Lay a piece of plastic wrap on the counter. Sprinkle plastic wrap with sesame seeds. Place smoked salmon over the sesame seeds. (or you can use baking paper)

-Cheese mass: Cream cheese, chives , lemon zest.

-I made avocado puree, you can prepare it as you wish.

-Toss roll up in the freezer for 15 minutes before slicing. Slice into 8 pieces, and enjoy!
