Ingredients:
- ½ cup blueberries (rich in antioxidants & vitamin C)
- ½ cup raspberries (loaded with fiber & anti-inflammatory properties)
- 1 cup fresh spinach (packed with iron & chlorophyll)
- ½ cucumber (hydrating & great for skin health)
- 4-5 fresh mint leaves (aids digestion & adds freshness)
- 1 cup coconut water (optional, for extra hydration & electrolytes)
- ½ lemon (juice, for a vitamin C boost)
- ½ teaspoon grated ginger (optional, for an extra metabolism boost)
- Ice cubes (optional )
Instructions:
- Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add more coconut water or a little cold water.
- Strain through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth for a smoother juice (optional).
