A refreshing and nutrient-packed juice that’s rich in antioxidants, hydrating, and perfect for detoxing the body.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup blueberries (rich in antioxidants & vitamin C)
  • ½ cup raspberries (loaded with fiber & anti-inflammatory properties)
  • 1 cup fresh spinach (packed with iron & chlorophyll)
  • ½ cucumber (hydrating & great for skin health)
  • 4-5 fresh mint leaves (aids digestion & adds freshness)
  • 1 cup coconut water (optional, for extra hydration & electrolytes)
  • ½ lemon (juice, for a vitamin C boost)
  • ½ teaspoon grated ginger (optional, for an extra metabolism boost)
  • Ice cubes (optional )

Instructions:

  • Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add more coconut water or a little cold water.
  • Strain through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth for a smoother juice (optional).
  • Pour into a glass, add ice cubes if desired, and enjoy immediately!
