Ingredients

  • 1 small raw beet ends trimmed, peeled and thinly sliced (or grated)
  • 240 grams (1 1/2 cups) raspberries fresh or frozen
  • 0.5 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • the juice of 1 orange
  • 140 grams (1/2 cup) plain Greek yogurt I used 0% fat
  • 180 ml (3/4 cup) unsweetened almond milk or milk of your choice

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 2-3 minutes, or until smooth and creamy.
  2. If it’s too thick, add more almond milk, orange juice or water.
  3. Serve immediately, or keep it covered in the fridge until ready to drink. Stir before serving.
  4. Enjoy your pretty raw beet raspberry power smoothie!
