Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 10 ounces fresh chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan
  • salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant then stir in the spinach.
  3. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes until it is just wilted.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream, cream cheese, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until the cream cheese melts.
  6. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve hot.
